I'm a hosted client and my environment is down

If all of your users are unable to login to a production hosted environment or performance is to the point where no processes are completing or you are unable to navigate within the system this would qualify as a "down" environment.
 
Please call support or create a case on Case Central and have the following information ready.

Site ID:
URL to the environment in question:
Time it began and if it is still occurring:
Any recent changes to the environment: (for example was a DLL just loaded to this environment or a script ran against it?)
Do other hosted non-production environments function:
Are all users unable to login (if you cannot login)
If its a major performance issue (was there any large process that was kicked off recently?)
