Why can't I play an mp4 video file that I uploaded into Sphere?

Sphere supports other media files to be uploaded such as videos and audio files. When an mp4 filed is uploaded to Sphere, the video is not responding when trying to play. This article explains why this file can be unresponsive when trying to view.
Sphere will allow you to upload audio and video files with a size limit of 5MB. However, Sphere is not a streaming media provider and we cannot always guarantee the media will be played or be a high-quality streaming media experience.

We recommend using a third-party provider such as youtube to host your media file. Once these files are uploaded into these 3rd party companies, you can use HTML code to add or embed the file into a Sphere website.
