With the Location Availability report, you can check the availability of locations for program events and special fundraising events during a specific time period. If you select to view locations that are unavailable during the time period, you can view the events at each location, the date and times for each event, the overall capacity of the location and each event, and the capacity remaining for the event.
The event capacity is incorrect; it shows the same amount as the location capacity, even when these are not the same.
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Sales > Location Availability Report.
Select a location, choose Availability: Unavailable, and select a date range, click Apply.
See that the Event Capacity and Location Capacity are the same.
Go to Tickets > Program Search. Search for and select the program using this location.
Go to the Event List tab.
See the Capacity for this event is different that the event capacity listed on the Location Availability Report.
