How to Add name as an alias using Global data entry settings

When using Constituent Update Batch, to 'add a name as an alias' you would use the global data entry settings .
The constituent record will update the name and saves the old name as an alias.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click Administration Tab
2. Click Global data entry settings
3. Click Constituent Updates and Edit
4. Click "Add name as an alias"
5. Make sure Retain existing name as historical reference = Yes
6. Click Constituent
7. Click Batch Entry
8. Add a batch - Batch template = Constituent Update Batch
9. Find a Constituent - update their name
10. Commit Batch
11. Find Constituent in database
12. Results will show that the name updated & the old name created an alias
