Pledge Status and Analysis Report Error

 When trying to run the pledge status and analysis report you receive error, “Report processing has been canceled by the user". If you run this process using any statement besides "Greater than" it will work. 

You can accomplish this by: Choose any option other than Greater than on the Pledge Status and Analyst options screen and the process will run

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1.    Select Revenue Functional Area
2.    Select Pledge Status and Analysis Report
3.    Select the following filters:
a.    Group by constituent
b.    Display: Only pledges with a balance
c.    Greater than $0
d.    As of “today.”
e.    Selected Site
4.    View Report
