To configure your organization to be a EEOC reporting organization:
  1. In Payroll got to Configuration
  2. Select General 
  3. Mark the box next to EEOC reporting organization

When you mark EEOC reporting organization:

  • Ethnicity becomes a required field on employee records  
  • EEOC job category becomes a required field on position records.
  • Depending on your organization’s EEOC reporting requirements, you may also want to make the Citizenship, Birth date, Gender, and Position fields required on the employee record.
