Why do I need to acknowledge that Blackbaud is processing our data through the USPS NCOALink dataset?

While submitting for AddressFinder you may receive a dialog box with the following message:
Please acknowledge that Blackbaud is processing your data through the USPS NCOALink dataset.

This article details why this acknowledgement is a requirement. 
The United State Post Office (USPS) requires that each customer complete a Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) prior to an NCOA services, like AddressFinder, is performed.  The PAF collects information required by the Privacy Act of 1974.  

By clicking Ok you acknowledge that Blackbaud will populate the Processing Acknowledgement Form on your behalf.  This acknowledgement is required in order to submit for AddressFinder.

If you would prefer to complete the form yourself, please go ahead and click Ok and then print, sign and email the attached PAF form to addressfinder@blackbaud.com.
