We have to be sure that the date range for those items is set appropriately:
  1. Click Management
  2. Click eStore (Cart) under Online Presence
  3. Click on the name of Category
  4. In the Publish Information section just under the image make sure the Start Date is prior to today's date
  5. Ensure the End Date is the last date that item is to be available
  6. Click Save Category under Tasks 
If there are subcategories, we need to be sure the dates are correct on those as well.  

In the same manner we need to have appropriate date ranges for items in the eStore (Cart). Scroll down to the bottom and follow these steps:
  1. Click on the name of the item
  2. Scroll down to the Publish Information section
  3. Ensure the Start Date is prior to today's date 
  4. Ensure the End Date field is the last date that item is to be available
  5. Continue clicking Next until we have saved and viewing the category once again
  6. Repeat these steps for each item
