1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Find an Account
  3. Search for and click on the donor's name
  4. Click Journal
  5. Click the Pledge entry
  6. Mark the Write-Off checkbox, located to the right of the Pledged field
  7. Fill in the write-off date
  8. Click Save and Go to Journal
Once we write-off the pledge, we will no longer see the outstanding balance or any amount in arrears; instead, we'll see the amount written-off. Please note that if your write-off date is in the future, you will not see the amount written-off until that date.
