How to query on the Stop Date for a Recurring Gift Schedule

When reviewing information on Recurring Gift Schedules, you may have a desire to review Recurring Gift Schedules that have a Stop Date entered that denotes when those schedules will expire or if they expired on a date in the past. 
There is a query search field that you can use to search through a date range of Stop Dates entered on Recurring gift schedules.
  1. Click Queries
  2. Select a category that you want to store this query in
  3. Select New Query under the tasks menu
  4. Name the query 
  5. Set the Starting criteria to Base/All Constituents
  6. Set the Data Return Type to Journal Entries
  7. Under Criteria Matching select Match Each Criteria
  8. Select Dates from the Available Fields drop down menu and click on Recurring Gift Schedule Stop Date
  9. Fill in the Start and End Dates for the Stop Date time period that you would like to review
  10. Click Save and Preview
NOTE: If you would like to review all recurring gift schedules that had a stop date of today or prior, you can enter today's date in the End Date field and then leave the Start Date blank. If you would like to review all recurring gift schedules that had a stop date from today or for a future date, you can enter today's date in the Start Date field and then leave the End Date blank.
