While processing and reviewing sales orders made in daily sales you may notice that the credit card transaction information from a past patron is also applying on the next patron's sales orders causing the card to be charged twice for two different orders
If you are currently having this issue try disabling the anti keylogger feature on your workstation's antivirus software and see if that helps resolve the issue.

Click sales > daily sales
Purchase a ticket
Click on the credit card payment method and swipe the card
