Why am I being logged out of AngelPoints?

We are suddenly being timed out of AngelPoints unexpectedly.
Conflicts may sometimes occur with incoming AngelPoints traffic to customer networks who have implemented firewall, proxy or SSL filtering solutions. Prior to contacting Technical Support, users should confirm if they experience the issue when accessing AngelPoints from a non-network connection, such as a home network or cellular data. If they do not, users should first work directly with network and or information security staff to detect where traffic may be blocked or changed.
