If you are hosted by Blackbaud
1) Click Chat with Support and have the following available:
- Reference this Knowledgebase solution.
- The actual ScaleFunder installation files (not a link). (Please refer to the email sent by Fusion with the download link.)
- The email sent from Fusion Labs regarding the installation.
3) Proceed with the configuration of ScaleFunder. Please refer to the email sent by Fusion Labs for resources on this process or contact their support. (Note: Blackbaud Support does not Support the configuration or use of ScaleFunder.)
