If you have the Base Version or Spark:
Please contact your account manager. They will work with you to acquire a customization required to use custom parts, Scalefunder, on the NetCommunity Spark configuration.
If you have NetCommunity Pro or Grow:
Click Chat with Support and reference this article. When you contact support, you also need to provide the installation files for ScaleFunder. Support will work with our network team to install the files. 

If you are not hosted by Blackbaud
Work with your IT team to install the Scalefunder files, per Scalefunder's installation instructions.
