After receiving an email from NetCommunity, there are unexpected words or characters in the Subject line. For example, the expected subject line is Support Our Cause, however once you receive the email, the subject shows ADV: Support Our Cause or SPAM: Support Our Cause.
Confirm the values of the subject line via:
Edit the email in question in NetCommunity
Verify the subject line
If the extra characters do not show in NetCommunity, this indicates your organization's network or filter is adding the extra characters. Likely, if you send to an external email, for example a personal @gmail.com account, you will not see these extra words.
