Steps to Duplicate
1.From the Fundraising area, use the Purpose search to search for a fundraising purpose record.
2.Select a record.
3.Go to the Stewardship tab> Stewardship Recipients section. Click Add to add a stewarded donor and click Save.
4. From Stewardship Package section, click Assign stewardship package:
Under Stewardship Package, use the drop-down to select a stewardship package.
Enter the statement wording.
Select a frequency, minimum amount for endowment, and target amount for endowment and click Save.
5.Click Send stewardship package. Review the configured settings, then click Start.
6.Once process is complete, try to select Merge Cover Letter. The button is grayed out.
