Deleted attribute categories cannot be recreated and is still showing in BBIS and query

Any attribute category deleted in CRM is still an available attribute in BBIS and Ad-hoc query. When trying to add a new attribute category with the same properties of the previously deleted one an error message indicating that the attribute actually exists. The expected behavior is that any attribute category deleted in CRM will also be deleted in BBIS and Ad-hoc query. Which will allow a new attribute category to be created with the same name and type.
