Running a report for another account while logged into the National Account provide incorrect results

An organization has multiple sphere accounts. You can log into the National account and pull a donor report from another account. Sometimes the result of the report you pull while logged into the National account is different from the result when you logged in directly to the account.
This usually happens when you run the report and select multiple accounts including the National Account instead of the one account it was intended for. Make sure to deselect all accounts including the National Account (is selected by default) and only select the one account you want to pull the report from.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into the National Account
2. Select Control > Reports > People > Donor report
3. Select your date range from the drop down
4. Click Choose Accounts
5. Select the Account you want to pull the report from
6. Click Ok > Click Finish
7. Select No - Run the report immediately and wait for it to complete
8. Click Run Report
