Users may seen the following error message when processing gifts in Online Express that are link to a Tribute:

Error: General ODBC Error:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_BatchGiftTribute_2".
The conflict occurred in database "RE7_125", table "dbo.TRIBUTE", column 'ID'.
Native error:547
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.
Native error:3621

This happens when bulk processing, as well as when processing a Tribute gift individually.

Manually re-link the tribute information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In Online Express, select Donations.
  2. Click Download Transactions.
  3. Under Donations Transactions, highlight a gift that is linked to a Tribute.
  4. Click Process Transaction. Error message appears.
