Performance:UK: Extremely slow performance when using start and end dates on R68 business process form

When start and end dates are included in the R68 business process setup form it can cause extremely poor performance. Even if a timeframe of only two weeks is used the R68 process can run for over 15 hours.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:

Pre-requisites:

UK product flag must be set on the CRM install
Gift aid settings must be set-up within the revenue area already i.e tax rate and charity claim reference number
Qualified gifts must be available for the R68 process to pick-up

Steps:

1. Go to revenue functional area
2. Click on R68 task
3. Click add to add a new R68 process
4. Give the process a name and select a charity cliam reference number
5. For criteria choose or create a selection of the qualified revenue records to claim gift aid on
6. Enter the start and end dates and finally a tax claim number for the run
7. Save the form and then click start process

Workaround is to use date filters within the embedded selection and not use them on the R68 process form itself.
