There are constituent records in Luminate Online that need to be identified as deceased. Is there a way to know this information?
You can request a Deceased Record Finder for Luminate Online through the NCOAOn-Demand team. The guidelines for formatting the file and knowing which columns to include can be found in the Finder Services article.
To export your entire house file of constituent records out of Luminate, you can create a Mail Merge.
The turnaround time for the results should be no longer than 7 business days. The results will be returned with the original field columns and two additional columns for Deceased Record Finder information appended to the end of each row.
