1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Find an Account
  3. Search for and click on the account
  4. Click Personas
  5. Select the Persona in the dropdown menu that you want to send to
  6. Click Create Document
  7. Select a File Type
  8. Select a template from the dropdown menu
  9. Click Next
  10. If you would like a Contact to be created regarding this document, mark the box under Tracking
  11. Select how you would like to receive these documents under Receiving
  12. To have the account automatically emailed rather then sending them a hard copy, mark the box under Auto-mailing
  13. Click Run
