Error: The appeal "" was successfully added to 0 records when clicking Add this data to RE from Email Statistics

After clicking the "Add this data to RE" button from the Email Statistics for an email in Online Express, the message "This data was successfully added to 0 records" is received, and the data from the sent email is not added to The Raiser's Edge database.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge.
  2. Select Online Express from the navigation bar.
  3. Select View All Messages.
  4. Search for and select an email.
  5. Click View Stats.
  6. Click the Add this data to RE button.
