If the email has not yet reached the time set in the send after date field, we can delete the email to cancel this from sending. After the email has reached the send after time and began the processing status, the message may still send out.
  1. First, confirm that the email is not yet in processing status:
    1. Locate the email you wish to cancel
    2. Click on the icon to the left of the email to open the status report
    3. Confirm the status is in either created or prepared and not yet in processing
    4. Close the email status window
  2. If the email is not yet in processing, make a copy of the email:
    1. Locate the email you wish to copy
    2. Click the User-added image copy icon left of the email name 
    3. Name the email
    4. Click save
    5. Click return
  3. Delete the sent email
    1. Locate the email you wish to delete
    2. Click the red User-added image delete icon to the left of the email name
    3. Click OK to delete the email
  4. Resend the copied email
