1. Create a constituent query to capture all constituent records with non-constituent spouses.
2. Select Admin>Import.
3. Highlight Constituent>Spouse.
4. Click New.
5. On the General tab, under What do you want to do?, select Create import file.
6. Under Options, select Include>Selected records.
7. Search to find the query saved in Step 1. Highlight the query name and click Open.
8. Under What file do you wish to create?, search to select the location for the import file to be saved. End the file name with .csv to create an Excel document.
8. On the Fields tab, under Available fields, select the following:
          a. Spouse>First Name.
          b. Spouse>Nickname.
          c. Spouse>Relationship Import ID.
9. Click Create Now to create the import file.
10. Navigate to the file location set in Step 8, and open the saved import file.
11. In Excel, copy the values in the Spouse First Name column to the Spouse Nickname column.
12. Save and close the Excel document.
13. Import the saved document through a Constituent>Spouse Import. On the General tab, under What do you want to do?, select Update existing records.
