Error during ETL Refresh

When running the ETL refresh, users may experience the error message: 

The ServiceInfoGetReply.DBInfo.SQLDatabaseName "INSERT DATABASE NAME" did not match the Settings Application database name "INSERT DATABASE NAME".

During the BlackBaud Datawarehouse deployment. 
Ensure that the Database name does not contain any leading or trailing spaces. (i.e. ‘DATABASENAME ‘ ) 

Additional Troubleshooting steps: 
1) Reattempt the deploy as your Windows User.
2) Attempt a repair on the current install. 
3) Run the follow scripts and ensure that the Database ID matches for the database: 

select * from sys.databases 

Then, run this script against the Database and ensure that the ID matches:

select DB_ID() 

 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Run the Blackbaud Deployment wizard
2) Users receive the error message The ServiceInfoGetReply.DBInfo.SQLDatabaseName "INSERT DATABASE NAME" did not match the Settings Application database name "INSERT DATABASE NAME when selecting the 'Deploy' tab
