When trying to pull official notes into an Advanced Lists, there are two objects in the Comments category, "Comment" and "Comment No group," that can be a attached to the User Base object. How do I know which to use?
There are two objects because onRecord and onBoard both have official notes and they are stored separately in the database.
To include official notes from onBoard, use the Comment object.
To Include official notes from onRecord, use the Comment No Group object
