BBIS Profiles not merged when merging Constituent records

When merging duplicate Constituents with BBIS profiles, the BBIS profiles are not merged resulting in two user profiles.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create two new BBIS users through a new user registration page
  2. Download the signup transactions to CRM Constituent Update Batch
  3. Commit the batch and creating new constituents for both of these.
  4. Merge the two constituents with a merge configuration that is set to merge BBIS profiles
  5. Login to BBIS using both of the usernames and observe that although the constituents have merged both BBIS accounts are still accessible where one should be disabled as per the merge configuration
