A Transport-level error occurred when receiving results from the server.(provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The semaphore timeout period has expired.)

When attempting to run a Global change process this error is thrown then shuts down the session.
This error message is a direct result of maintenance that is regularly scheduled and can result in a disconnect from the application for a few seconds and may need to just log back in.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Administration.
2. Under the Data section select: Global Changes.
3. Run any Global Change.
4. Note the error message indicated above.
