Donor received Duplicate Acknowledgement emails

A donor may receive duplicate acknowledgement emails despite only making one donation transaction on the NetCommunity website. Only one charge is found for the merchant account and in the NetCommunity plugin in Raiser's Edge.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
