1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Find an Account
  3. Search for and click on the account
  4. Click Journal
  5. Click Add
  6. Click Note or Contact
  7. Enter in any information you would like in this entry, including all required fields
  8. Scroll to the bottom and click Choose File
  9. Select your file
  10. Click Upload
  11. To add another file, repeat steps 8-10
  12. Click Save And
