In Online Express Email Marketing, if the email blast is scheduled (meaning that the "Send this message at later date" function is being used) and the email blast is still listed on the Scheduled messages tab (meaning the send has not started), then a scheduled send can be stopped and/or rescheduled: 
  1. In The Raiser's Edge, click on Online Express in the left menu.
  2. Click on the Email marketing tab.
  3. In the lower left, click on the Scheduled messages tab.
  4. Locate the email in the list:
  • Click on the email subject to reschedule or return to the email to a draft state.
  • Or click delete to delete the entire email. (NOTE: This deletes the whole email! This will not return the email to a draft state to continue editing!)
