Taking your Raiser's Edge server offline will not affect Luminate Online's ability to accept donations or registrations. However, Luminate Online will be unable to sync updates to Raiser's Edge during the downtime.

Once your Raiser's Edge server is back online, in Luminate Online you can navigate to Data Management > Luminate Management to see any errors for the updates that failed to sync from Luminate Online to The Raiser's Edge during the downtime.

Click the Queue Status tab to check the status of your Raiser's Edge server at the bottom of the screen. If it says Available, you can manually rebuild the errors to have them sync. If an error message displays, restart web services.
