Taking your Raiser's Edge server offline will not affect Luminate Online's ability to accept donations or registrations. However, Luminate Online will be unable to sync updates to Raiser's Edge during the downtime. Once your Raiser's Edge server is back online please follow the steps below.
  1. In Luminate Online select Data Management > Luminate Management
  2. Select the Queue Status tab
  • If the status says available please follow the steps below.
    1. Click view for all of the categories that contain errors
    2. Mark the box for all errors
    3. Click rebuild 
  • If an error message displays, restart web services.
