First, we will need to create a custom account query based off of the Top Donor Report.
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click eTapestry Standard Reports
  3. Under Account Reports, click Top Donor Report
  4. Select Base / All Constituents as your query
  5. Fill in the number or percentage of donors you want to see
  6. Select Display Results on Screen for the report format
  7. Click Submit
  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the report
  9. Select a category next to Create a Custom Query in
  10. Fill in a name for your query and click Create
Next, we will use that custom query to find the donations for those donors.
  1. Click Queries
  2. Click Manage Queries
  3. Select a category that you want to store this query in
  4. Click New Query under the tasks menu
  5. Name the query
  6. Set the Starting Query to the custom account query created above
  7. Under Results, set the Data Return Type to Journal Entries
  8. Under Criteria Options mark Match each criteria
  9. Under Browse Fields select Commonly Used Fields from the drop down menu and click on Individual Transaction Received 
  10. Fill in Greater Than or Equal To .01
  11. Click Save and Preview
Finally, we will create a report grouped by Account to show all the donations under each donor.
  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Manage Reports
  3. Select a category that you want to store this report in 
  4. Click New Report under the Task Menu
  5. Name the report
  6. Under Group Results, select to Group Report By Account and Show Group Totals
  7. Under Browse Fields, select Sets in the drop down menu and click Name and Address
  8. Select Commonly Used Fields under Browse Fields and click Date, Received, and any other fields you would like to include
  9. Click Save and Run under the Task Menu
  10. Under Query select your category in the top box and your query in the bottom box
  11. At the bottom of the page select a Delivery Option and then click Submit
