In order for parents to view visit dates and times, the show details for that checklist step must be set to Yes.
To set the checklist step to show details, navigate to:
onBoard > Settings > Checklist
Edit the appropriate checklist
Edit the appropriate step
At the bottom of the pop-up, select Yes for Show Details
