If you are calling for Altru, Blackbaud NetCommunity, Luminate, MicroEdge, or ON products, after holding for approximately 4 - 5 minutes you will hear the hold message:  "Prefer not to hold?"  Press 1 to hold your place in line, and a specialist will return your call."
  1. Press 1 and you will receive the phone prompt "I see you are calling from xxx-xxx-xxxx,  If this is the number you want us to reach out at, press 1.  To enter an alternate phone number, press 2."
    • Press 1 if the correct number was played.
    • If you prefer to be reached at an alternative number, press 2 to hear the message "Please enter the 10 digit number where we can reach you."
      • You will be prompted to confirm the phone number:  "I see you are calling from xxx-xxx-xxxx.  If this is the number you want us to reach you at, press 1. To enter an alternate number, press 2."
      • Press 1 when the correct number is played.
  2. At the prompt, clearly state your first and last name, along with a direct extension if needed.  When you are finished, press the '#' key to complete your request.
  3. You will receive the confirmation that your callback message was received "We have received your request. Thank you for calling"
