The custom Membership Scanning plugin counts the membership card swipes in a specific way, and provides messages to our staff if a dropped membership card is scanned or an old version of the card was scanned. These messages are no longer being displayed. Plus, when these cards are swiped, RE is automatically adding an action, even though the card is invalid or not current.
This issue could be caused by a corrupted membership scanning DLL. To resolve this issue,
Copy the MemScanningMacro.dll from a machine that works to the RE > Custom folder of the affected machine.
