When logging into the Financial Edge on your workstation, server, or a terminal server, you may receive this error message. This error will prevent you from accessing the application and connecting to your database.
In order to resolve this error message, please complete the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
1. Grant the Windows account the NTFS permissions required to use the Financial Edge on the problem machine. 2. Use Process Monitor and search for "Access Denied" to any files or folders. Grant the appropriate permissions for the Windows account that has insufficient rights based on the files and/or folders that show in the search results.
