Error: The operation has timed out - when running the Credit Card Processing Process

When running the Credit Card Processing processes users may receive the Status Message: The operation has timed out. 
If your organization is Hosted by Blackbaud, please create a case with Support on http://casecentral.blackbaud.com

If your organization is Self-Hosted, review  SQL snaps for any potential blocking on your local server. For instruction on how to read SQL snaps, please review the follow knowledge base article.

If you do not have SQL snaps enables, please reference the Blackbaud Developer Guide for instructions: http://www.bbdevnetwork.com/blogs/getting-know-sql-snap/

If no obvious blocking is present on the server, rebuild indexes and update statistics on the BUSINESSPROCESSSTATUS table.

 

Steps to Duplicate

1) Navigate to the Revenue functional area
2) Under Processing select EFT 
3) Select the Credit Card Processing process
4) Under Tasks click Start Process
