The full list of Designees are not showing when creating new donation forms

This may happen when creating a copy of a donation form with an editable list of available designees.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, follow these steps if your form is not using the "Designated Giving Donation Level." Otherwise, see the second set of steps below.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > select Donation Management
  2. Find your donation form and click Edit
  3. Click step 3. Design Donor Screens
  4. Click Edit next to Donation Form
  5. Find and select "Designated Giving Donation Level" from the left side column of data elements
  6. Click "Add >" to add the donation level element to the right side column, and highlight it from the column on the right
  7. Click Save Order and Edit Selected
  8. Go to 3. Eligible Designees and mark the checkbox
  9. Click Change List of Designees
  10. Mark the checkbox for "Use the list of all active designees available at this time." to make all designees available, or "Use a specific set of designees for this form." to select the desired options.
  11. Click Save
  12. Remove the "Designated Giving Donation Level" from your form by highlighting it from the right side column of data elements, and click "< Remove"
  13. Click Finish
  14. Go back to step 1. Identify Donation Form, you'll now see all the desired Designees available in the "5. Form Designee:" drop down menu 
If the Designated Giving Donation Level is already added to your form, you can fix this by following the steps below:
  1. Go to step 3 "Design Donor Screens"
  2. Click Edit next to "Donation Form"
  3. Find and select "Designated Giving Donation Level" from the left side column of data elements
  4. Click Save Order and Edit Selected
  5. Under step 3 Eligible Designees click Change List of Designees
  6. Mark the radio checkbox next to "Use a specific set of designees for this form."
  7. Click "Check All"
  8. Click Next
  9. Click Next Again
  10. Now change the list of designees again, except mark the radio checkbox back to what it was before "Use the list of all active designees available at this time."
  11. Click Save

  2. Create a new Donation Form
  3. Note that both of your designees are available on step one of editing the donation form under number 4. Form Designee
  4. On step 3. Design Donor Screens, click edit next to Donation Form
  5. Add the Designated Giving Donation Level
  6. Remove the Standard Donation Level
  7. Select the "Designated Giving Donation Level" and click Save order and edit selected
  8. On number 3 below Eligible Designees, check the box next to "Yes, I would like to change the list of designees that are presented to the donor." and then click the link to Change List of Designees
  9. Choose "Use a specific set of designees for this form." and unmark one of your designees.
  10. Click Next and Finish.
  11. Go back to step 1 and note the available designees in step 4
