Web Dashboard appears different for a user

Even if all permissions are granted for a user, that user might find that a web dashboard shows differently for him or her. 
This happens when the user has a different personalized version of the page compared to the shared version of the page. To change this, go to the Web Dashboard and click the Page options drop down. Then click "Reset page content" which will reset the personalized data and ensure the user sees the Web Dashboard as other users do.
