There are multiple steps that can be taken in order for your custom profiles to view the Analytics results on contact records.

First you will need to edit the custom profile, to include the Wealth Analytics Visualforce page.
 
  1. Go to Setup
  2. Manage Users 
  3. Profiles
  4. Select the Profile the user belongs to
  5. Click the Enable Visualforce Page Access
  6. Edit
  7. Add all the Wealth Analytics options from the left to the right
  8. Save
If the user is still unable to see the results, complete the following.
 
  1. Go to Setup
  2. Manage Users 
  3. Profiles
  4. Select the Profile the user belongs to
  5. Click the Enable Apex Class Access,
  6. Edit
  7. Add all the Wealth Analytics options from the left to the right column
  8. Save
Finally if the user with the custom profile still cannot see these fields, complete the following.
  1. Go to setup
  2. Customize
  3. Contacts
  4. Fields
  5. Click on the Wealth Rating field
  6. Click Set Field-level Security
  7. Click All the profiles you would like this field to appear on
  8. Save
  9. Once Complete, Click on view Field Accessibility
  10. Click on a cell in the table below to change the field's accessibility.
  11. Make any edits you would like to specific custom profiles
  12. Save
Performing those steps for any custom profiles should allow the users under that profile to see the Wealth Analytics data on LCRM contact records.

Please keep in mind for LCRM, only the default System Administrator profile falls under Blackbaud's Scope of Support. For Custom profiles, there are a few items that Support will check for your organization as a courtesy. These items include:
  • Object visibility
  • Admin-User record setup
  • Profile visibility for admin-user profile
