Invited amount doesn't match event record

When working with an event query the data that gets reported when "No. Invited" is selected in Output does not match what is listed on the Event record. 

The Query output field "Event Number Invited" is mapped to the Event Record>General Tab> "No. invited" user defined field. The ticker of participant records marked as Invited (table entry on the participant record>General tab) in the bottom left corner of the Event record is not an available field in an Event Query.

Alternate workaround
Users can create a Participant type Query to group together the number of records marked as Invited for a specific event.
1. Navigate to Query and create a new Participant Query type
2. Criteria tab select:
     a. Events>Event Name field equals XXX
     b. Participant Information>Invitation equals Invited

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Records > Events in The Raiser's Edge
  2. Open up an event, and reference the bottom of the window (it will say Invited: #) or go to the Participants tab and reference the amount of participants that are listed as "Invited" 
  3. Navigate to Query and create a new Event query
  4. Add criteria to narrow down which event you would like to report on
  5. On the Output tab, add Event Information > No. Invited
  6. Results will show two varying numbers between the query and the event record; the query is incorrect
