I see a FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION error listing "The Origin Source Code for a contact cannot be changed if it has a prior value" in Luminate Online's Queue Problem Management. What are the steps to correct this error?
This indicates that someone has edited the Origin Source Code or Origin Subsource Code for a contact record in LCRM. Origin Codes must be set via LO, and sync into LCRM. To resolve this error set the LCRM record's Origin Source Code back to the value it was previously set to prior to the record being edited, and rebuild the error.
If you must update Origin Source Codes for multiple records, you can do so via a custom constituent import in Luminate Online, and that will sync into LCRM without generating any errors. To change these fields via upload your import .csv file would need columns for Constituent ID, Origin source code, and if applicable Origin Subsource Code.
