Design Tier 2: How to change the text display when someone try to register using a username of an existing registrant

During registration for a Kinterathon, a message appear when a new user or existing user accidently try to create a new account using the username of someone that is currently registered for the same event. How do you change the default message?
You can add Javascript to the Multi-Language Footer section to change the text. Follow these steps:

1.Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
2.Hover over the event name and select Website Info
3.Click Website Design
4.In the Multi-Language Footer section, add the following:

if (document.location.href.indexOf('errorEvent.asp') > -1) {
    $('.FAFBodyTable table tbody tr td:contains("You are already an event Participant")').html('<center><h3>You have already registered for this event. Please log into the event instead</h3></center><br />If you would like to register additional people, please try again with a different username.');

5.Replace the text in red with the appropriate text
6.Select Save
7.Return to Website Info and click Publish This Event Now

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to the homepage of any Kinterathon
2. Click The button to register for the event
3. To create an account, enter a username of someone that is currently a participant for the same event
Note: Select any security question and answer of your choice
4. Click Continue
Observe: There will be a warning message.
