When viewing constituents' records, users notice duplicate phone numbers/emails AND phone types are able to be stored on specific records. While duplicate phone numbers can be saved under different phone types, these records cannot save new duplicate phone types with the same numbers.

Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Records> Open constituent record 2. Mark Show inactive phone and emails 3. Notice duplicate phone and types are saved on multiple records 4. Add the same phone number and type again 5. Click Save 6. Error occurs regarding duplicate phones as expected
