This would happen when refunding if we did not cancel the order and return the tickets to inventory.  When you complete a refund after you click Complete, Altru asks you “With this refund, do you want to mark registrants as Canceled and add tickets back to inventory?”  If you select No, the tickets will still remain in the program, will not open up 2 new spots in the program, and will still show on the Scheduled Event Ticket Detail Report.

If you click Yes, the program’s availability increases by 2 tickets and that person and order no longer show in the Scheduled Event Ticket Detail Report.
