Missing transactions when filtering on Offline gifts in the Raiser's Edge Luminate plugin

When filtering on Offline gifts only, not all transactions are displaying in the Transaction grid when all Payment Types are marked. If one or some are marked, the missing gifts show.

This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in the February 2017 release of the RELO plugin and web services. Please update to the latest plugin and web service version to resolve this issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to the RELO plug-in
2. Go to Filters
3. Under Online/Offline, select Offline Transactions
4. Under Payment Types, select "All"
5. Notice gifts are missing

Note: If you filter on selected Payment Types (i.e. only Credit Cards) the missing gifts will appear.
