When you click the Preview Messages button, if you not see the Salutation field populated, check the following for the candidate and parent of candidate in their Contact Card's address:
- Make sure you populate the Salutation fields
- Select the Mailing Address check box
To edit the address:
- Locate the user under People Finder (available in Core, Enrollment Management, and Academics).
- Search for and select the user.
- Click on their Contact Card.
- Scroll down to the Address and click the pencil icon to edit it.
- Fill in all the Salutation fields.
- Check the Mailing Address.
