Clients have reported an increase of processing time for a number of correspondence processes. Processes that used to take 1-3 mins. are now taking +/-1 hr. to be completed.This issue started after the SQL server was upgraded and only occurs for correspondence processes that uses Output Format as the Output Type.
To resolve this issue disableTrace Flags from the SQL server.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Navigate to the Marketing and Communications functional area 2) Select Manage correspondence under Donor relations 3) Select the Correspondence process 4) Under Task click 'Start process' 5) Note that the process used tot take 1-3 minutes to complete but is now taking +/-1hr to process.
