With the addition of our Name Format field, at some point you may want to see which of your accounts are marked with Individual, Family, or Business. This can be found by creating a query using the Name Format field as criteria.
1. Click Queries 2. Click on a category that you want to store this query in (Ex: Base) 3. Click New Query under the tasks menu 4. Name the query 5. For Starting Query choose Category: Base Query: All Constituents - A 6. For Data Return Type choose Accounts 7. For Criteria Matching select Match Each Criteria 8. For Criteria > Browse Fields choose Accounts from the drop down box 9. Click Name Format 10. Choose the specific name format you want 11. Click Save and Preview
